Oh wowzers was this a crazy week. Also it was extremely hot again which I wasn't expecting. It is only the 2nd week of the transfer but we had a bit of change 😬 Guess you'll have to read and find out just how much: Tuesday (Aug 20): Zone conference today! The main focus was about the Book of Mormon and just how powerful it truly is. I learned much as usual and it was a great zone conference. But wow the craziest thing happened tonight. We were getting ready for bed and almost about to go to sleep and then we get a call from President Checketts and turns out there had to be an emergency transfer because one of the missionaries in a different area wanted to go home. So Elder Bakman had to pack up his stuff and be ready to move by tomorrow, meanwhile, I would be training a new Elder, again. So yeah didn't really expect that, and it was pretty sad, but I trust my mission President and I trust the Lord so everything will work out for the best.   Zone Conference Day 1 ...

Me just trying to be happy in the rain! So this week was extremely boring. Because our 2 friends got baptized last week we don't really have anyone to teach at the moment so we just spent so much time out finding on the streets. Didn't have much luck with that but that's how we spent most of our time. It was quite a long week full with lots of rain. Hopefully next week will be a bit better!   Tuesday (Aug 13): Well our day was pretty decent. We went out and did finding in the morning until we headed home to eat lunch. After lunch we visited Zane to talk with her to see how she has been doing since her baptism and she's great! After that we came home to do even more finding and then we had studies and dinner.   Wednesday: Did our studies in the morning today, followed up by some finding. Me just chillin This week was really amazing. It was the last week of the transfer so we received transfer calls on Sunday, also we had a baptismal service on Sunday. We were pretty busy with appointments this week and I also hit my 10 month mark. So it was a really awesome week!   Tuesday (August 6): We had interviews with President and Sister Checketts today. So we headed into the mission office in the morning and spent most of our day there. We had various training from other missions while we were waiting to be interviewed. It was a really great day, plus, we had homemade brownies as part of our lunch so what more could you want 🤷‍♂️ Wednesday: This morning we had an appointment to go to the house of a really cool returning member from Italy. He ordered pizza for us and we had a lesson with him which was super nice. Then we left to meet up with Zane. Did some finding and also had a lesson with an eternigator (basically someone who has met with missionaries for years but ...

This week zoomed by and I'm really glad. I love the weeks that go by quickly because those are usually the good ones. Tuesday (July 30): District Council baby, such a good way to start out the week. Afterwards we were going to get lunch together like usual but one of the companionships had to leave so we just came home and ate lunch at home. Then we went to have a lesson with Zane and wow those lessons with her are always some of the best lessons ever. I'm glad we ended up postponing her baptism because now her understanding is so much better. After that we spent some time outside and then we did studies and had some dinner.
