I had a super great week here in Maidstone. I'm living the life and I have the best companion and a great area and now a car so honestly things could not be better!   Tuesday (March 19): We started the day out with district meeting today and that was a great time. We were gonna have lunch together afterward and we planned to cook pancakes and have ice cream but that ended being a mess haha. After that we traveled to Maidstone. By the time we got there we did our study and traveled to the DA that we had and they cooked Mexican food which was absolutely delicious! Then we got on a train and traveled home. Wednesday: Wow such an awesome day! Today was the day that we got a car and I got to drive in England, it was such a blast. I had to drive with an instructor from the church for 3 hours but it was great. Then afterward we headed to our dinner appointment and have roast dinner and it was so good. And what made it even more great was the fact that we got to drive home afterward! ...

This week was pretty decent. I mean the weather was absolute rubbish but we had zone conference and zone leader exchange so it was a pretty fun and eventful week!     Here's a great picture in Maidstone. 1 hour after this was taken it started snowing 😂 Here's what Big Ben looks like at the moment. We got a lot of different trainings on things mostly related to teaching most effectively using scriptures. For lunch we made our own nachos because everything was just laid out for us and that was scrumptious. Then we had the free thrown competition and I made it through the first round but then lost. So that was a shame. After zone conference was over we traveled home on the train and played cards with the sisters in Hastings and then we ate some dinner. It's been a crazy and exciting week. I have had a great time here in Maidstone and I love the area already. The members are super great and there's honestly not much to complain about at all!   Tuesday (March 5): Wow today was nuts! Woke up and made sure everything was ready to go and then we traveled to Hyde Park and I almost died with all my suitcases. My new companion is Elder Cavalcante from Setúbal, Portugal and he's such a sick guy. Elder Cavalcante Even though our area is Maidstone we have to live in Tunbridge Wells which is basically an hour train ride away and that's what we have to do every morning because there isn't a flat in Maidstone for us yet. It's an exciting time and I have no clue what's going to happen but I'm optimistic!   Wednesday: Today was great. This week was a blast and transfer calls came as well. It's gonna be a great email! Tuesday (Feb 26): Ok today was actually so sad, I had to say goodbye to Hastings. I was born in the mission here and it's been so wonderful. But off to a new adventure! We spent most of today packing and then we had breaks in between packing for lunch with Brother Hobbs and then we also went somewhere for dinner with an older lady in the ward and got steak!  My last meal in Hastings was a good one I'm sure gonna miss this ward I've grown to love them so much. It's off to Croydon for the week which is basically London and then we'll see what happens on transfer calls Sunday. Wednesday: It was a nuts day! We woke up super early to go up on the hill to watch the sunrise over the ocean in Hastings and that was just gorgeous.
