The Best Ending

What an amazing last week of my mission! There was a lot that went on this week but the most amazing thing of all was the fact that I was able to see 2 of our friends get baptized this weekend! You seriously could not even make up a better ending to my mission story than this. Julia and Lizzie, who we both taught because of the lockdown and the quarantine both made their first covenant with God this weekend and chose to be baptized. I can not express how full my heart is and how much gratitude I have for the blessings and for the goodness of God. I know that he is the one who prepared these precious souls and that we were just privileged to be an instrument in his hands to accomplish his will.

Well everyone, this is it. Tomorrow I will be flying home from my full time missionary service. There's been a lot of ups and there's been a few downs but through it all these past 2 years have been the greatest experience I've ever had. When I first began this journey I never would have imagined that I could learn and grow so much and also experience so much joy. There is no feeling in the world that can compare with the feeling of full time missionary service. I know now more than I have ever known before that Jesus is our Savior and Redeemer, that Joseph Smith is the prophet of this dispensation, that we have a living prophet on the Earth who guides and directs us today, the Book of Mormon is the most powerful witness of Christ, and most of all that God is our loving Father who would do anything and everything for our eternal benefit. I know this is the work of God, and I know that he and Jesus Christ live. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
