An Electronic Keyboard to the Rescue
Alright so I'm getting pretty tired of just writing about each individual day when it's practically the same routine. So I think until Quarantine is over I'm just gonna right in a different format. I'll just tell you some of the highlights from my week, and anything else I feel like is important to share. It may not be as long, but that just makes things easier for me and for everyone who will have less to read!
This week I beat my 4 mile run time again! I had a goal to finish in less than 30 minutes and on Tuesday this week I got a time of 29:31. I was so exhausted but felt so accomplished afterward πͺπΌ. The other huge exciting thing that happened this week is my parents sent me an electronic piano keyboard through Amazon, that has been a HUGE blessing this week even though I'm not the best at playing the piano, it's so nice to practice and it's something I can spend lots of time doing too. Thanks mom and dad!
We also spent a bit of time doing some deep cleaning in the flat on one of the days this week. I swear by the time this is finished I will have cleaned every square inch within this flatπ.
Another great thing that we started doing this week was having short video call lessons with active members. I think we did that for about 10 different families/individuals this week which was really nice. Some of them even enjoyed it so much that they came to drop off food π. Haha it was awesome. We have just been trying to focus a lot more on the things that are in our control, and hopefully we will start to see some benefits from doing it. But apart from that, it's pretty much everything I've got. Until next week!

A note from Stockton's mom: When I talked to Stockton on Mother's Day I saw a very discouraged and broken soul behind a brave smile. I hung up the phone and cried. This quarantine has been tough and we have way more available to us than Stockton had. Russell and I discussed what we could do to boost Stockton's spirits and we decided a keyboard was just the thing. I got the idea from another mom in his mission and we immediately ordered one. We hoped Stockton would love it enough to make it worth the money and we later came to find out that it was worth EVERY penny! ❤️ πΉ
