18 Months 🔥
Crazy week and crazy times! This week was pretty decent because it was filled with some different activities so it was good to have a few events going on.
On Tuesday we had interviews with President and Sister Checketts, and it was great to talk about conference and about how the transfer has been in lockdown.
Wednesday we had a zoom call MLC which was pretty good, it was definitely a bit long though because it went from 10 until 3 and 5 hours on a video call give us a big headache afterwards! Also other exciting news from this week is that I hit my 18 month mark in the mission! I was able to burn a pair of trousers in order to celebrate the occasion.
Apart from that the rest of the week was filled with pretty normal isolation type things. Teaching a few video lessons, having some good study time, doing some phone finding, and also a bit of card games and chess. And of course like usual the members came in clutch with a bunch of lunch/dinner pickups and we also had some good times with extra exercise in super great weather this week.
In other news, we had transfers this week and surprisingly I am actually going to be transferred! Super crazy because I have only been in this area for 1 transfer and we are supposed to be in isolation as much as possible, so I wasn't expecting it but that's usually how the Lord works, when you think you know what's gonna happen with your life he decides to switch it up on you to show who's really in charge, haha. So I'll be transferred to an area called Guildford, and I will be released as a zone leader to go work in a special situation to open up a new area again. Last time I did this I had a great time so I am really excited and looking forward to what's in store! Thanks for all the prayers and support, I can definitely feel it all in these hectic times. Y'all are amazing, and I want you all to know that I am safe and happy.
