The TEMPLE!!
It was one of the busiest weeks I've had in a while, it makes the time go so quick. But the week definitely finished off super amazing because we went to the temple!
Tuesday (Feb 28): It was a pretty stressful and crazy first day of the transfer. In the morning we spent a lot of time cleaning up and reorganizing things to accommodate for 2 more Elders coming in. Then as we were going to head to the chapel all the trains in that direction were cancelled. So we had to make a quick change of plans to go the other direction towards Stratford because we needed to get something done over there at some point this week anyways, so we got there and did a little bit of finding and it felt good to be back in Stratford. It was wild too because I saw a lady get hit by a motorcycle. Finally we were able to head to our area and plan out some things for ourselves and for the zone this transfer. Then we taught a lesson to our friend who just got baptized to prepare her for the temple, and after which we picked up the new Elders and had to go back home and buy food for this week. It was a pretty hectic day but we got everything figured out in the end.
Wendesday: This morning we went into Hyde Park for a district meeting in the zone, and then grabbed some lunch to eat on the tube whilst traveling back. We also really want to be better at Ministering to the companionships in the zone and helping them feel our love a little more. So we decided it would be a good idea to spent 15 minutes on a video call with each companionship asking them various questions about themselves and about their goals as well. It was a big sacrifice and took over 2 hours but I feel like it was so worth it because we got some positive feedback from most of the zone. When we finished that up we went to Seven Sisters so that we could do some finding before we went to our gospel principles class tonight.
Thursday: We had our district meeting in the morning, followed by lunch, and then we headed to do some more gardening service for a member in the ward. She cooked us food afterward as well so let's go! Then we came back to do some finding and contact Returning Members, which one of them gave us food to bring home so that was awesome. It was a great day.
Friday: Yet another busy and crazy day. We were able to go to the another district meeting in the zone this morning, which was definitely an interesting one. Let's just say we can do a better job of helping train other missionaries. But anyway, we went to bishops house for a lunch appointment with some super good food. Then we hit the streets for finding :) We found a few cool people and then we had to head back to the church to make the calendar for this transfer and finalize our zone plan for February. Then it was games night and some more fun.
Saturday: I'm just gonna say I can't think of many better days in my mission than this one. We had to wake up extremely early to get ready and travel to the church because we needed to be there by 7am. Bishop did a temple recommend interview for the 2 of our recent converts before we all hopped in a big van to go to the TEMPLE!!! The drive was about an hour and a half but the sun was shining and the radio was playing some cool old school songs and life was so good. It was a youth temple trip so many of the youth came with us as well. We were able to do baptisms and confirmations and one of our recent converts was even able to be the one to perform baptisms. There was a lunch prepared for us to eat after the temple. Then we took a few pictures and made the journey back. I would describe the whole experience as simply magical. And we started a 24 hour fast today to fast from 5pm until 5pm on Sunday. So we went with the other elders and sisters to eat out at Nando's right before to stuff ourselves up. Then we did a bit of finding, cleaned up the church for tomorrow, and headed home.
Sunday: It was a good Sunday. Church was alright, but we didn't have anyone come to church for the first time in a long time so it was a little sad. But it's all good, afterward we went out to do finding, and of course there was a Tottenham game so it was super busy. We had to come back and do MLC Prep, and then we went to the Brazilian members home to break our 24 hour fast altogether with some amazing food. We all stuffed ourselves, had a few laughs, and then had to go home for the night.
Let's see what next week has in store, I hope y'all are doing great. Love you all lots.

I didn't take too many pictures this week because there was so much going on, but I got some pictures here from the temple, and also a picture from our lunch appointment with bishops family. Since there are 6 missionaries now there is not enough space at the table for everyone so we were the outcasts.
