Transfers are CRAZY

What a wild week. I'm just gonna get right into it...

Tuesday (Sept 17): Today was alright. We had district council in the morning, the last one of the transfer, and then we all got lunch together. Then after that we traveled to a lesson with Zane. It was a good lesson. Then afterwards we just came home to do all of the studies that we needed to and finished off that part of the day. We did order pizza for dinner so that was really yummy.

Wednesday: It was an interesting day to say the least. As we made our plans it looked like it was going to be a super busy day with lots of appointments, so we did our studies in the morning before heading out. Then we went to visit a less active before traveling to a lunch appointment that we got with a family from Ecuador. The reason we were invited over was because he's the guy in Elders Quorum who is assigned to be in charge of the missionary work. Then we were supposed to go travel for me to do a baptismal interview for someone the sisters were teaching but they called us just about an hour before and asked to change it to tomorrow. Also we were supposed to have a DA tonight but it also got canceled, so that's pretty sad. We mostly spent the rest of our day contacting and stopping by returning members.

Thursday: What a busy day! This time we actually did have all of our appointments happen. So we had 4 different appointments all in different places that we had to travel to. So first we had a lesson in the morning, then a lunch appointment, and then we travelled so I could do that baptismal interview. And after that we visited a family in the ward who wanted us to come over and share a lesson, but sadly we didn't get fed haha, that's ok. It was a super busy day but it was definitely great.

Friday: In the morning I went to buy some cough syrup because my annoying cough still hasn't gone away yet. Then we came home for studies and lunch. After that we were able to go finding for about 2 hours before heading to the chapel for a lesson. Then we stopped by to visit some returning members who wanted us to teach them a bit more and by the time we got home we were ready for dinner and cooked up some really good chicken and broccoli. Great way to end a day!

Saturday: Twas a fun Saturday here in Stratford. We started out by playing football in Ilford with the missionaries and some non members.

Playing football on Saturday.  Such a great time!
Then we were able to come home and get showered, and we grabbed some McDonald's for lunch. The reason behind that was because we were to teach a lesson at that McDonald's just a few minutes later so we figured why not? Then we had comp study, spent the night stopping by returning members but with no luck, and came home to eat dinner. Also the 21st night of September was tonight so that's pretty lit. Shout out to you if you know that song!

Sunday: Oh boy oh boy transfer calls this morning and let me tell ya it was a crazy one. I think I am going to wait until I can call my family and talk about it in person before I actually share on this email because it's the craziest transfers ever! Wow like I was so shocked. Anyways, after I video call my family I'll send out a short email just explaining what will happen for transfers. Nothing much else happened the rest of the day that was too eventful. But transfer calls just got so much energy going it was nuts!

That was my week. It was super busy and filled with lots of appointments which makes the time go by super fast. Also it's starting to get into fall pretty soon which I am extremely excited about! Not much else going on here at the moment. Just living the life! Y'all are awesome, I hope you know that! You'll hear from me again about transfers, but tah tah for now!

So here's what is happening for transfers...

Our Mission President decided to split up the zone leader companionships now and they will each serve in different areas with different companions. So, I am actually going to stay in the same area, but become a zone leader now. So I will be a zone leader and also training a new missionary, again, for the third time in a row! Wow let me tell you it's going to be a crazy and wild transfer. But hopefully it will be a good one. I love you all and would really love to hear from you to see how things are going.
