The Call
We took a family vacation (a cruise to Ensenada, Mexico with a few days of Disneyland mixed in) and while we were gone, Stockton's call came in the mail. He opened it the night of June 6th with friends and family gathered. Anticipation Stockton prefaced his mission call opening with, "just so you all know, there is an NBA finals game going on right now!" He loves his sports but it became apparent, quickly, that he received an instant love for his call. He wanted to go somewhere exotic but he wanted to speak English. I guess the Lord knew him perfectly and sent him to the best case scenario. Stockton was thrilled and did not have any problem accepting the idea of his assignment.
